Capturing Prior Essence
When I was asked to build this website, the owner had lost their site as a result of a website error and did not have backups. The only existence of the site we had to work with was from Wayback Machine.
The objective was simple, create a budget friendly extension of his business card using the old website’s screens from Wayback Machine as both inspiration and content.
I was able to recreate a close representation of the original site, transfer hosting and setup backups. Additionally, I updated the site slightly to fit better with the modern design while capturing the general essence of the original site from 2013.
