Monthly SEO: Live Estimate
How does pricing work?
Many SEO agencies provide flat rate pricing for their services; however, the reality is every business is going to have different needs for their website and different constraints. A small mom and pop shop in Iowa might benefit from some increased local SEO and monthly website updates, but not need SEO help on the scale of a large ecommerce website.
I use a custom algorithm using a variety of variables like the number of pages, the size of your site, and the number of plugins to estimate the complexity of your site. This provides a baseline cost for backups and maintenance and then you’ll select an “Intensity” at the end to adjust the cost to match your budget. I’ll bring all of these factors together to define the scope of your monthly services. Every custom SEO plan also includes a Basic WordPress Monitoring Plan.
Don’t worry, we’ll take it step by step!
Step 1/5: Number of Pages
The larger your site, the more complexity there is with how pages link together, how many pages need monitored, and the time required review Google Search Console data. While most SEO agencies charge by keyword, when it comes to SEO, content is really the king and the bulk of your content is on your pages.
How do I determine this number?
In general, this is the total number of URLs on your site that are likely to end up in Google Search Console and require indexing. You can simply add up your total pages, posts, and products (if you’re an eCommerce website).
